Our Shipping Policy is extremely simple and we have endeavored to make it even more transparent.
We deliver our Pearl Jewellery all across the world. We have partnered with India Post and other renowned couriers to find the best and fastest way of delivering the product to you. Once your jewellery is ready for shipment, we handover the packed shipment to either Blue Dart, or India Post. They deliver to the remotest and tiniest corners of the world so, we are very sure, your Pearl Jewellery will somehow find you.
What is the Shipping charge?
Your shipping cost is calculated on the weight and size of each package including the product, the packing material etc. The shipping cost also factors in the country of shipment. Once you choose a product and add it to ‘My Cart’ and proceed to Checkout, you will be able to see the exact cost of shipping.
Does the shipping charge change if I order more than 1 item?
It does not matter how many Pearl Jewellery items you ordered. The shipping cost is calculated only on the factors mentioned above i.e. size, weight and destination.
If I want to change the jewellery, who pays for the return shipment?
In the event, you are returning a Jewellery because you do not like it anymore or if you would like to exchange it, then the cost shall be borne entirely by you. Please note however that any returns are subject to the product being in an absolute new condition and in the manner it was sent with the original packing and tags of the Jewellery being displaced.
Is there a transit Risk?
Once we handover your parcel to Blue Dart or India Post, we take no responsibility towards the same. We are more than confident that a global leader such as Blue Dart will surely be able to deliver your parcel. And yes, till date, they have never failed us.
Are there any custom duties etc payable on the import of the Pearl Jewellery?
We would request you to check with the Government of your Country of residence in relation to the application import duty on Pearl Jewellery. Since, we ship across the world, it is not possible to keep a tab on the ever changing custom duty structures of each and every country. Hence, to keep matters simple and easy, we have ensured that the prices of our Pearl Jewellery do not take into account the custom duties, if any.

- • This means the risk of loss and title for such items pass to the buyer upon our delivery to the carrier.
- • The use of the Chandrani Pearls site is intended only to people and entities able to form legally binding agreements and with the purpose of purchasing items for personal use by themselves or as gifts.
- • Chandrani Pearls offers international shipping. The recipient specified on the delivery address will be the importer of the purchased product, and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country.
- • Purchased goods may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country or state.
- • The recipient specified on the delivery address may be subject to such import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the recipient's location.
- • Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient specified on the delivery address. Chandrani Pearls has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
- • It is the responsibility of the recipient to contact their local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond Chandrani Pearls' original delivery estimates
