How will I know that your product is genuine?
We deliver every product to their destination with an
authentication certificate, and besides, Chandrani Pearls is the
member of Gem and Jewellery Export promotion Council of India
(GJEPC).
What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?
Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method where you pay for
an item in cash, when the courier company delivers the item to
you.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available for customers outside India?
No, currently CoD is available only for customers residing in India.
I wanted to know if I can get a pearl string of length 30 inch.
It is possible to purchase a pearl string of 30 inch, by placing a custom order with Chandrani Pearls. We have a vast collection of pearls and can make necklaces of any length as desired.
Can I get the part of 14 ratty and above in your shop?
We do sell ratty pearls in our showrooms, and you would need to visit our showrooms to get the complete collection. We don’t sell ratty pearls online as yet.
